Processing Times Orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States/European Union/Morocco.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Estimated Delivery Times: Standard shipping: [3–7 business days] Express shipping: [1–3 business days] Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery times. Tracking Your Order Tracking information may take up to [24–48 hours] to update after your order ships. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages: If your package appears lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate.
International Orders: If applicable, International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless stated otherwise.
